OVERVIEW and REQUIREMENTS

1. we require all of the systems you want us to work on to have the latest patch levels
2. we require root-level access
3. we require you to have previously backed up the system and be able to restore it if something goes wrong, we are not responsible for backups during these procedures.
4. You are responsible for all DNS configuration, unless you have contracted us to do that and given us the information.

CORE SYSTEM INSTALLATION, OR REINSTALLATION

In order for us to install or reinstall your software we need:

1. fully qualified domain name of your server or IP address
2. credentials that we can use to gain "root" level access
3. your software package downloaded from vendor (could be a docker script, documentation, or package, etc.)
4. license key of your software.
5. domain name and subdomain you wish to use for the initial system

USING VELOCITY MTA ("VMTA")?

1. we need access to your vmta  binary directory
2. we need your license keys
3. we need "root" level access to the servers on which you want to install the Velocity MTA and what IPs you want to assign to each one on those servers

USING THIRD PARTY RELAY SENDERS SUCH AS MAILGUN?

1. We can configure these for you, they usually require DNS configuration and we do not do that unless you have hired us to do that
