All you need is a Linux VPS. This is not a SaaS, you are the host of your own software.

• Email marketing applications that connect to 3rd party ESP APIs and Relays are typically entry-level frontends with restrictions on the number of domains, brands, contact list size, sending volume limits, and often have unsatisfactory performance. Plus all the other caps, feature locks, and upsells. 

As your sending volume increases on ESPs , they will often push you towards dedicated IP addresses and off of the shared IP pool. Once you're segregated onto your own dedicated IPs, now you're effectively paying a CPM as merely a software fee since you've already become responsible for managing your entire sending reputation yourself.

Sending over dedicated IPs you own at a server hosting provider or in your data center instead of the ESP's dedicated IPs requires a $12k-$25k investment in PowerMTA or an equivalent, but an MTA merely acts as another SMTP relay, you still need ESP software.
